In the digital age, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a key driver of innovation and economic growth. To support this process, the National AI Skilling Initiative is a global initiative designed by Microsoft and other stakeholders to promote the adoption of knowledge and skills in the field of AI. This global initiative is being implemented in many countries worldwide. In the region, Semos Education, as a Microsoft Partner, supports and organizes the initiative through an AI Fest that lasts over 50 days.

The initiative will be promoted starting from March 11, will begin on April 8, and will last until June 5, taking place in three countries in the region: North Macedonia, Serbia, and Albania. It will include a series of events described in the agenda below.

The National AI Initiative will foster a culture of skilling and scaling through collaboration with partner companies and other institutions.

The use of AI brings many benefits, but it is also important to understand possible challenges and uncertainties. Through 16 webinars on 18 different topics, participants will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of AI and get answers to many questions. The sessions, scheduled over multiple timeslots, offer flexibility for participants to choose the time that suits them and to follow more topics of interest. This is especially useful for those with busy schedules or who want to familiarize themselves with different aspects of AI.

The webinars are intended both for all business users from various profiles and industries, as well as for IT professionals and AI enthusiasts. Participation in sessions can be either physically present in one of the new Semos Education spaces, or online, from anywhere in the world.
